Pan-Africa Manifest
What is Pan-Africa? When you say that what do you mean? Is there Pan-Africa in your mind? Is there Pan-Africa in your community? To me Pan Africa is an inter connected network of trade, politics, and ideas between Africans at home and abroad whether in Da Bronx, Europe, Jamaica, Haiti, Cuba, Panama, Brazil, India, Thailand, or Australia. Pan-Africanism should be the culture we immediately adopt to best achieve the revival of the Melanin High Civilization. This is the culture to put in the forefront of consciousness, superseding world view or ideology.
Pan-Africanism as a culture will be the process of bringing about the physical manifest of Pan Africa. In practice, the culture must exist in two places to ensure success. In the Mind and in the Community. Applying the culture to your mind is done through history. Applying the culture to your community is through Business.
These two existences will create a habit of acquiring knowledge in a more studious way. The content of that knowledge acquired will then give the Pan-Africoid a better understanding of the plight of our Melanin family at home and abroad, giving a sense that ARE a peoples and you DO belong to a team and it IS important to know what happened to make our team play from the position it does today. It will be a cultural revolution we collectively realize African contributions to the world, gain a sense of cohesion and understanding of the rest of the Pan-African Community, strengthen morale and spirit eliminating Post Traumatic Slavery Disorder, and arming ones self with research like behavior and opening the door for expertise and industry.
One of the biggest benefits, I feel, that come from a Pan-African system that incorporates history is that it gives us a reference of culture and civilization derived from our own ancestry. In most cases it provides a stronger love for our ethnic group, often also a sense of responsibility to protect and implement the success of your ethnic group, and not just the success of your group of associates. Learning about ourselves also provides us with the best source for analyzing human behavior and social engineering. Through that analysis we can better interpret the world us and with a more robust context.
The clearer context or scenario will show you the most progressive path to best perpetuate the success of your ethnic group, protecting us from old tricks and traps that may, and have, been modernized and used against you but also provide you with options to implement and modernize. Sadly, the history that is presented to our Pan-African community by our Pan-European oppressors is suited to perpetuate and ensure the success of THEIR ETHNIC GROUP, I cant stress that enough, and we as a conquered peoples are subject to THEIR system. So our involvement in the system translates to our actions, services, energy and wealth going towards the success of an ethnic group that is not our own, because we are participating in a system that is not our own.
This is why the statistic for wealth held by African Americans in America the 1800's was 1% and modern statistic is 1.5% THAT'S IT!!! We made a .5 increase in wealth in roughly 200 years. What has integration done for us? What has Omega Psi Phi done for us? NAACP done for us? Nothing for US , but for the INDAVDUAL trying to succeed in whatever system they exist in regardless what ethnic group it benefits it's done little for that person ALSO!!! That statistic implies that only enough "NIGGERS" tried to make it to only gain .5% wealth because your just ignorant. Every time its Civil Rights season in school they actually teach about the deliberate actions taken, from executive levels of Government to the mom and pop store, to purposely stop the progression of African Americans in society. So our "lack of progression" is the principal argument that now validates any negative action taken against us since the Tran-Atlantic Slave Trade. But it's documented that Europeans are responsible for that lack of progression. So we are being framed, accused, and persecuted by the same person. That statistic represents how effective "The Color Line" was. Most of us aren't old enough to remember that term, Google it real quick.
In this system as an "African American" or "African in America" we are raised in a system that basically gives us the sense that we work for every white person in the world. Through the way we are educated and made accustomed to cultural traditions and ideologies of Europeans we accept the culture as our own as if it is natural to us. It's kind of like Inception. With us being foreigners to the culture, in reality, the way we are introduced to the culture has largely determined our place in it. This introduction happened through subjugation and oppression and that has defined our position. A huge problem occurs now that a peoples have accepted their imposed, artificial status of inferior as natural or self generated.
This is why we are the CNA and not the Doctor or the RN but not the Surgeon. This isn't due to the Color Line this is because we have accepted that status as "The Help". The CNA is the Nurse's Aid the Nurse is the Doctors Aid aka "The Help". And I hate that I have to use that reference because I applaud the Queens for holdin down the Kingdom while us weak ass niggas slack. WE are the problem, the MEN. We need to become the Bankers, Surgeons, Engineers, and Electricians but Finally serving a system that perpetuates and ensures the success and prosperity of OUR ethnic group.
We need to step up and undo the color line, take some inspiration from our Queens who held it down while we ran da streets and get these Businesses signed and sealed to manifest Pan-Africa in the community. Business is the science of getting people to surrender their money to you. Do Arabs surrender their money to you? Do Koreans, and Chinese surrender their money to you? Or do you surrender your money to the Arab at the gas station, hood store, and chicken spot? Or do you surrender your money to the Koreans and Chinese at the hair store, and the nail store, and the hood store. The South American primos got the Cocaine and Marijuana and Canada got the rest of the Marijuana So what's really good out here? African Americans give our money away to any and everybody accept ourselves.
We our now boycotting these businesses of RIVAL ethnic groups, not out of hate but to reverse what they have done to us by taking advantage of our lack of sustainability as a peoples due to integration and chemical warfare (the crack era). We will now replace all of these positions of providing the needs for our community. Black Women Buying Hair from Black Women, hair and nails Black owned, Chicken spot Black owned, Hood Store Black owned, Barber Shops, Clothing Stores. That's just what we all take back in out immediate surroundings there's the goal there's the starting point. Boycott those foreign establishments and replace them with our own is PHASE ONE!! SPREAD THE WORD!! The plan is here, now. It's underway, it's goin on and every ghetto needs you to tell them phase one.
As business owners we will provide jobs and wealth. We will import money from resources and foreign ethnic groups of America's larger economic pool and export the wealth to our ethnic group as we work in our business. The more businesses that are Black owned then the more opportunities we have to circulate money within our ethnic group without having to let any leave to another ethnic group. We can obtain Black owned resources pulling from any location on the planet that houses African populations. The Business Owners help fight poverty amongst the group providing wages and morale accompanied with a sense of accomplishment. We our now a culture of consumers and aspiring business owners working together strategically to ensure each others stability, bonded by a sense of responsibility to each other. We are now getting rid of old habits that keep us in backward downward spirals and incorporating new habits to first stop the backward downward spiral, and then propel us forward and upward.
